da pixbet: UCBSA Press Release13-Nov-2002Western Province all-rounder Neil Johnson has been suspended for twoStandard Bank Cup matches after being found guilty by the UCB DisciplinaryCommissioner of having contravened Clauses 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 of the Rules andCodes of Conduct of the United Cricket Board.Johnson was found to have shown active misconduct and unruly behaviour afterhaving an appeal for a caught and bowled turned down by umpire Barry Lambsonon the first day of the Supersport Series final against Easterns atWillowmoore Park. He showed open dissent towards the umpires decision bythrowing down the stumps at the batsmans end.
