The pressure to earn promotion to the Premier League is the heaviest on the shoulders of the recently-relegated clubs.
West Bromwich Albion were dumped into the Championship at the end of last season following a poor campaign that resulted in the sacking of manager Alan Pardew.
Darren Moore has since taken the reins, and so far has been doing an impressive job in the dugout.
Even though it is early days in the season, the Baggies sit fourth in the standings, one point adrift of leaders Leeds United after 11 games.

The Baggies are unbeaten in their last six league outings and ahead of Saturday’s home clash against Reading at The Hawthorns, Moore and one of his key players received some positive news.
Moore was named Championship Manager of the Month and Dwight Gayle nabbed Player of the Month for their work in September.
Gayle, who joined West Brom from Newcastle United on a season-long loan, scored five in five last month.
Fans have been reacting to the news with delight, although some are worried that it is a bad omen.
